Who is this handsome guy?	Bondfield House before renovation. Note the missing window, bottom right.	I worked for 18 months on the renovation before we moved in.

• When we emigrated to America in August 1981, Michael Palin sat next to us on the plane!   He was reading a boys-own type mystery novel.  His wife sat behind us and gave us some of her home-made lemonade.  When we arrived in Los Angeles, none of his luggage had made the flight!
